Quality Control and After-sales Service
The Shop guarantees that all products we provide are sourced from original manufacturers, authorized agents, and authorized distributors, and are all original and brand-new parts. We will provide inspection records for all orders delivered to the customer service team. We also offer a one-year warranty after product delivery. Unless the customer has a legal reason, we will not accept order cancellations. For example: there is evidence proving that our products are not original and new parts. If quality issues arise after you receive the products, please contact us within 3 working days, and we will replace them with new parts according to the after-sales service agreement. The after-sales service agreement is a regulation to provide you with better service. Before lodging a product complaint, you may need to read it carefully to handle product issues. We do not accept order cancellations after shipment; we only replace faulty products. We will only accept product issues involving obvious damage that occurred during transportation, provided that you report it immediately upon receiving the package and retain photos for the record. When a customer complains about a product issue after 3 working days of receiving and confirming the issue, we will require a formal description of the product issue. A formal product description includes, but is not limited to: text descriptions, photos, videos, preliminary testing, etc. The Shop will replace the faulty parts with new ones and bear the shipping costs for the new parts after the product issue is confirmed. If necessary, the Shop may request the return of the faulty products for inspection or testing. The customer shall assist in returning the faulty parts, and the Shop will bear the return shipping costs.
Disclaimer
The Shop is responsible for providing technical support to ensure the proper functioning of the Website, trying to avoid service interruptions, or keeping interruption times to a minimum, to ensure that users can trade smoothly on the Internet. However, the Shop shall not be liable if the Website crashes or becomes unusable due to force majeure or other uncontrollable reasons, resulting in the loss of some records, messages, or information.
